We technically become your Professional Tenant. Many Landlords prefer professional tenants and that is exactly what Shipley Abodes is! With a ‘professional tenancy’ you can expect peace of mind knowing your property will be well maintained, enjoy a hands off experience and eliminate uncertainty, with rent guaranteed for the duration of a long term contract (3+ years) continually paid on the set start date so, going forward, you will know exactly what to expect.


You might wonder how we are able to deliver a service like this and make it financially viable. We make our money a little differently. We charge no set-up fees or commission, but we will pay you slightly less than the market rental value that we hope to get from your property.


So, you get slightly less than market rent in exchange for the security of knowing that your monthly income is guaranteed. Our experience has shown us that, having allowed for this adjustment, our landlords invariably receive a higher annual income because voids, rent arrears, court proceedings and other unexpected interruptions to your rental income are our problems and not yours.
